Ashland OR junior Evan Holland placed second in the boys 2-mile race in a personal-best 8:50.29 at the Brooks PR Invitational at University of Washington's Husky Outdoor Track in Seattle, Wash. Holland ranks in the top 10 in the country this season in the 3,000 meters, 3,200 meters and 2-mile distances, along with elevating to the No. 11 performer in meet history.
