West Ranch CA junior Solomon Strader placed second in the boys 400 meters in a personal-best 46.59 seconds at the Brooks PR Invitational at the University of Washington's Husky Outdoor Track in Seattle, Wash. Strader ascended to the No. 6 performer in meet history and No. 11 in the country this season.
