Whitehaven TN graduate Emmanuel Bynum won the boys 400 meters in a personal-best 46.24 seconds at the Brooks PR Invitational at University of Washington's Husky Outdoor Track in Seattle, Wash. Bynum elevated to the No. 2 performer in the country this season, along with producing the third-fastest time in meet history.
