At the 2021 Brooks PR Invitational, six meet records fell, while 38 U.S. top ten performances were earned, including Kennedi Sanders running a US#1 performance in the girls 400m dash in 52.62 and Audrey DaDamio running a US#1 mark in the girls two mile in 10:02.88.

With a focus on fast, the 2022 event promises to build on the successes of the past 10 iterations of the event, which have seen a host of national champions experience all the Brooks PR Invitational has to offer, while helping produce 12 different athletes who competed at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

“In 2022, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Brooks PR Invitational; the meet that distinguishes, once and for all, who is crowned the Fastest of the Fastest in high school track,” says Julie Culley, Brooks Sports Marketing Manager. “We’ll once again deliver the most professional and interactive experience for our elite high schoolers in a way that only Brooks can and execute a meet that takes down PR’s, state marks, national records, and faces off the best rivalries in the sport.
