Stockton St. Mary's CA junior Jamar Marshall reflects on his fourth-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles at last year's Brooks PR Invitational in Seattle, Wash., and returning to the meet as the California state champion and national leader. Marshall has clocked a wind-aided 13.31 seconds and wind-legal 13.50 seconds this season, aiming for the meet record of 13.52 seconds produced by Isaiah Moore of Hugh Cummings NC in 2014.
