Chandler AZ sophomore Morgan Foster placed fourth in the girls 800 meters in 2:07.63 at the Brooks PR Invitational in Seattle. Foster, the Arizona record holder at 2:07.06, ran her second-fastest time in the event and best since last year's Portland Track Festival.
